Built on the legacy of Miami Centerline — an FAA-certified repair station — Full Stop Technics was incorporated in 2017 and earned dual FAA and EASA Part 145 approval in 2018. In our first year of dual certification we processed over 2,000 components for major North American carriers. Today we serve airlines, brokers, MROs, and OEMs as a quality-driven, cost-conscious wheel-and-brake MRO and aftermarket supplier — guided by Lean and Six Sigma continuous-improvement principles.
We continually grow, improve, and embrace innovative solutions.
We deal openly, honestly, and fairly with every customer and partner.
We collaborate to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional service.
We set the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.
Every wheel, brake, and component we touch is inspected, repaired, and certified to the highest standards of safety and performance. Our Lean and Six Sigma continuous-improvement methodology drives down cost without compromising quality — the model our customers expect.
We tailor our service to each operator: flat-rate repairs, time-and-materials, landing programs, exchange pools, and inventory management — whichever fits the mission and the fleet.
Full Stop Technics is led by Bill Morales — a 35-year aviation veteran, former USMC officer-pilot (Cobra attack helicopters), and serial entrepreneur whose previous ventures include Miami Centerline, Tracer Repair & Overhaul, and TradeAir.com (Forbes "Best of the Web," 2000).
The team brings over 40 years of combined leadership across MRO, aftermarket, and OEM partnerships — including a Messier Bugatti wheel-and-brake joint venture — into one focused enterprise.
Full Stop Technics is committed to operational excellence on every shipment. Our POPP (Pre-Order Pre-Position) shipment-notification program lets customers stage repairs before parts ever arrive — reducing repair turnaround time and minimizing AOG exposure.
